Care and Support Quality Lead
Join a team that’s passionate about making a difference.
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Care and Support Quality Lead to join our Supported Living team on a part-time basis.
Hours: 16 per week (flexible)
Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term contract
Location of Work: Apuldram Centre, PO20 7PE
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the importance of high-quality care and is committed to making sure people receive support that’s not only compliant with regulations but also tailored to each individual’s needs and aspirations. You’ll work closely with our Supported Living Manager, acting as a ‘critical friend’ to help oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.
You’ll be involved in monitoring standards, supporting internal audits, preparing for inspections, and working with our team to ensure our service meets and exceeds CQC expectations. You’ll play a hands-on role in reviewing support plans, mentoring staff, and embedding a culture of person-centred care. Your work will directly impact the lives of the people we support, helping to make sure their experiences are safe, meaningful, and empowering.
We’re looking for someone with experience in regulated care settings, ideally within Supported Living or services for people with learning disabilities. You’ll need to have strong communication skills, a good understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards, and the ability to influence positive change across the team.

Administrative Assistant
Join a dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting our charity’s day-to-day operations.
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to help keep our services running smoothly.
Hours: 16 per week, Monday and Friday from 08:30 to 16:30
Contract Type: Permanent position (overtime may be required for cover)
Location of Work: Apuldram Centre, PO20 7PE
Rate of Pay: £12.30 per hour
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll support the team by providing high-quality administration, managing reception duties, updating records, and helping to coordinate communications, training, and onboarding. You’ll also contribute to the smooth delivery of both our Day Centre and Supported Living services through efficient back-office support.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors and callers, so a warm and professional approach is key. The role involves working closely with the Business Administrator and other colleagues to maintain systems, support staff and volunteers, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent organisational skills, confidence using IT (including Microsoft Office and social media), and a proactive, can-do attitude. Prior experience in admin or customer-facing roles is important, and familiarity working in the charity sector would be an advantage.
If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes—and you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters—we’d love to hear from you.
